About us
A full service pharmacy, run like it's part of the neighbourhood.
Community Outreach Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy in Delta, BC, serving the surrounding community. We handle everything you'd expect from a full service pharmacy: prescriptions, refills, vaccinations, and pharmacist consultations, with the kind of attention that comes from knowing our patients by name.
For patients managing more complex care at home, our pharmacists also go a step further: our Medication Administration Program (MAP) brings daily home visits to patients across the Lower Mainland who need extra support staying on track with their medication.
Everyday pharmacy
Services at the counter
Everything a full service community pharmacy should offer, handled by pharmacists who take the time to explain what you're taking and why.
Prescription filling, refills & transfers
Bring in a new prescription, set up automatic refills, or transfer an existing prescription from another pharmacy. We handle the paperwork.
Vaccinations & injections
Flu shots, travel vaccines, and other injections administered by our pharmacists, no appointment necessarily required.
Compounding & specialty medications
Custom compounded medications for patients who need a strength, form, or ingredient list that isn't available off the shelf.
Blister packs & dosettes
Medications sorted by day and time, so it's easy to see at a glance what's been taken and what's still due.
Medication reviews & consultations
Individual time with a pharmacist to go over your medications, catch interactions, and answer questions.
Over the counter & everyday health
Cough and cold remedies, vitamins, first aid, and the everyday products you'd expect to find at your local pharmacy.
